Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order and your location. To get shipping quote or place your orders by phone just give us a call 414-331-7964 and we will gladly calculate and quote the shipping charges for your order for you.
Shipping Time: We make every attempt to process and ship your order the same day it is received. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. When ordering by phone, our sales staff will give an estimate on when you should receive your order. We usually ship by UPS, FedEx or USPS. We also ship by truck freight or by barge to certain areas. Alaska and Hawaii customers must ship by air freight and need to call for a shipping quote. If you have a “RUSH” order give us a call and we will explain the possibilities. Any special shipping instructions such as AIR SHIPMENTS or extra services will be quoted at current rates.
Truck Shipments: Truck freight orders are quoted at current rates. Orders that contain both truck freight and regular items will also be quoted before the order is shipped. Please be prepared for “curbside” delivery, as you are responsible for unloading the item(s). Customers who request any additional services are responsible for any additional cost or surcharge.
